Temporary Service Disruption

We are currently experiencing a major network outage due to a failure of our PSBA (Public Sector Broadband Aggregation) connection. 

As a result, we are unable to access patient records, issue prescriptions, book appointments or access our clinical systems at this time. 

BT Openreach and Digital Health Care Wales (DHCW) are aware of the fault and are working together to restore the service as a matter of high priority.

About Us

The Practice has a registered list of over 10,996 patients and is one of the four general practices in Neath town centre and one of seven practices within the Neath Cluster.

Dyfed Road Practice is a medical training practice so you may come into contact with registered doctors who already have hospital training or medical students who are still training.

We are one of Neath’s most established GP Practices and are located in the Health Board owned Health Centre building.

Parking is limited on site, but there is a multi-storey car park within a few minute’s walk.

The building is accessible to people with disabilities.
